ABSTRACT:

This study aims to examine servant leadership and organizational culture as predictors of employee performance at PT X. The research is motivated by issues such as the company's declining market share, high employee turnover rate, and low performance among the majority of employees. Using a quantitative method and a saturation sampling technique, this study involved 147 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to assess the impact of servant leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. Both variables partially also have a significant effect on employee performance, with servant leadership exerting a more dominant influence compared to organizational culture. These findings confirm that leadership focused on service and a strong organizational culture contribute to enhancing employee motivation, engagement, and productivity. The practical implications of this study highlight the importance of strengthening a supportive organizational culture and implementing a servant leadership style to improve employee performance. It is recommended that company management develop leadership training programs centered on service-oriented leadership while reinforcing organizational values that foster employee engagement and productivity.
